What does print on demand mean?
Every item is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse.
How long does printing take?
Most orders are printed within 2 to 5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@ninerabbits.com as soon as possible. Once your order is in production it can't be changed or cancelled.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How long does delivery take?
After printing, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of ordering.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart. US standard shipping starts at $4.95 for a tee or kids' clothing, $8.79 for a sweatshirt or hoodie and $7.29 for a mug, with a smaller charge for each extra item. Orders of $99 or more ship free anywhere in the US, applied automatically at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different products are printed at different specialist studios, so a mixed order can ship separately. You'll get tracking for each package.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Email hello@ninerabbits.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a refund.
Sizing and care
Do the tees and sweatshirts run true to size?
See the measurements on our size guide. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.
How do I keep the print looking fresh?
Wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print.
