The best Christmas gifts feel like they were picked by someone who actually knows you. A shirt that nails the joke about someone's job, or the thing they're obsessed with, gets worn all December, not shoved in a drawer. Here are our favourite funny Christmas shirts for the people who keep everything running over the holidays. Every one is printed to order in the US, and orders of $99 or more ship free.
For nurses on the holiday shift
Nurses don't always get Christmas off, so give them something festive to wear on the way in. The Christmas Nurse Crew Oversized Tee turns a stethoscope into a holly wreath, with a big red bow on top. It's an oversized, garment-dyed tee that's soft from the first wash, and it looks great with scrubs underneath or jeans on the day off.
For teachers running a class of little elves
Anyone who has survived the last week of school before winter break knows the classroom is basically Santa's workshop with more glitter. The Teaching Little Elves Christmas Teacher Tee is the shirt for that week. It's ideal as a gift from a class, or for a teacher team that wants to match.
For bakers and cookie quality control
Every family has one person who bakes and one person who "tests". The Gingerbread Baking Crew Christmas Tee is for the bakers, and the Official Cookie Tester Christmas Tee is for the one hovering by the oven. Buy both and you have the matching set for the cookie-decorating afternoon.
For anglers who'd rather be fishing
For the person who checks the fishing forecast on Christmas morning, the Merry Fishmas Trout Christmas Tee puts a trout in a Santa hat. Expect it to be worn on every winter fishing trip from now on.
For gnome collectors and naughty-list regulars
Two more crowd-pleasers: Gnome for the Holidays for anyone with a gnome on every shelf, and Dear Santa, I Can Explain for the person who definitely has an excuse ready.
